Replacement Eligibility

✅ The product has a printing defect or manufacturing issue.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Ordering the wrong size, design, or product by mistake
❌ Minor color differences caused by screen or display settings

How to Request a Replacement
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number. Attach clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds
As our products are made and packed specifically for each order, we generally do not provide refunds.
Refunds may only be issued if:
1. A replacement cannot be provided.
2. The ordered item is permanently unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
